BUG FIX

- Fixed an issue where you couldn’t reject an incoming call using GUV3050 BT headset
- Fixed an issue where the BroadSoft Call Park softkey wasn’t being displayed in the call connected state
- Fixed an issue where a connected GBX20 wouldn’t be able to reconnect properly after factory resetting the GRP phone unless you unplug and replug the GBX20
- Fixed an issue where using a BLF key to retrieve a BroadSoft parked call was not dialing the correct feature code
- Fixed an issue where the PC port would start losing connection after a day of use
- Fixed an issue where LetsEncrypt TLS Certificate was expired

KNOWN ISSUES

- When using USB headset with GRP2615/2616, if “Always Ring Speaker” is set to “Yes both” on the phone’s web UI, you will only hear the ringtone through the headset, not the speaker.

Firmware updates for VoIP Phones are very important as they usually contain many bug fixes, add new features and updates, as well as add additional security features.

One of the main problems users come across when attempting to upgrade their VoIP Phone is that their device may be locked to a certain Carrier. Adding an unlocked version of the firmware may cause the device to stop working on certain networks. This operation may void your carrier warranty and, as such, is not recommended.
