Fixes:
1) Adjusted DST begin and end dates for AST, EST, CST, MST, PST, Alaska, and Newfoundland time zones to comply with 2007 DST changes.
2) The enterprises.641.1.1.14.0 SNMP variable will now return 64 bytes.
3) Manually-entered NTP server address will now persist over a power cycle.
4) Added DHCP option tag 60.

It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
