Intel Chipset Identification Utility 6.0.0

The file above contains the Intel Chipset Identification Utility. This utility helps you identify the specific Intel chipset or Intel chipset family that is located on your motherboard. This information can be used to determine if your system supports software such as the Intel Matrix Storage Manager, Intel Rapid Storage Technology, Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility, or Intel's graphics drivers.

New Features

- Added support for Intel 6 Series Express Chipsets: P67, H67, HM65, and 
HM67.
- Non-supported Intel 6 Series Express Chipsets will point to the default website and report “Intel 6 Series Express Chipset”

Known Issues

- The x58 and x48 chipsets are not identified correctly 
- Windows 7 x86-64 is not supported
- The Windows error dialog box may report that the program which failed is “6.00”

Issues Resolved

- Updated the copyright date to 2011
- Changed the version to match the latest Intel Chipset supported. In this case 6.0.0
- Fixed the copyright notice on the right side of the footer from “© 2007 – 2009” to  “Copyright© 2007 – 2011”
- Updated the Intel logo from the “dropped e” to the new one.
- Fixed support for Intel 5 Series Express Chipset
- Fixed several non-functioning links
