AMD SATA RAID Utility Error 1316 Fix

Issue:

- Some users may encounter error 1316 when upgrading AMD RAID Installer from ‘2.09.28.009’ to later versions.

To workaround to this issue, please follow these steps:

- Download the file AMD_RAID_Software.msi.
- Open Run command using keyboard shortcut (Windows key + R) and type in ‘Installer’ (without quotes).
- Copy and paste AMD_RAID_Software.msi file to “<OS Drive>WindowsInstaller”
- Rerun the latest AMD RAID Installer executable.
