Windows Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8 Fixed Issues:
- [Tesla K20c][Matlab]: The Telsa K20c does not perform as well as the Tesla C2050 for high-aspect DGEMM. Fixed with CUDA 6.0.
- [NvWMI]: Windows Performance Monitor performance counters are not shown correctly on localized OS.
