ENSURE YOU’VE REMOVED PREVIOUS DSE DEPENDENT UNIFL DRIVER AS WELL AS REMOVED DSE

That means:
1. Remove Previous UnifL set as described in Manual.
2. Remove DSE with help of Manual or entering in elevated cmd prompt:
bcdedit /deletevalue {current} TESTSIGNING
bcdedit /deletevalue {current} loadoptions
3. Reboot.
After that, you can proceed with customizing V2.1 UnifL set.
