Issue Description:
With one of the following graphics products installed in the system:
- AMD Radeon HD 4xxx series of AGP graphics products
- AMD Radeon HD 3xxx series of AGP graphics products
- AMD Radeon HD 2xxx series of AGP graphics products
One of the following errors may occur during installation of the AMD Catalyst Software:
- "No compatible hardware found" error message appears when using the AMD Catalyst drivers provided on the AMD Graphics Drivers & Software page.
- A conflict between Microsoft DirectX and the AMD Radeon HD AGP series graphics cards.
Recommendation:
The following drivers have been created to help resolve the the issue.

These drivers are intended for AGP based video cards only!
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
