Fixes:
- eITS # 121201903: AirPrint doesn’t work
- eITS # 121100592: The VPN tunnel reestablish issue with using DDNS as the gateway
- eITS # 13010274: The 2.4G band More AP function can't work
- eITS # 130102984: NAT/Port forwarding is not configurable in French
- Gray out 5GHz DFS checkbox, the default parameter is Enable
- Remove the time zone configuration button on home page
- Adjust the 2.4G RF registry to avoid the 2.4G radio failure issue
- Adjust the 2.4G parameter to fix the fixed 40Mhz bandwidth only issue
