Yamaha DM1000VCM Digital Mixer Loader Utility/Firmware 2.41-2

This package contains the necessary installation files of Yamaha DM1000VCM Digital Mixer Firmware version 2.41-2.

Fixes:

- Fixed a problem in which the phase between the odd and even channels of the MY8-ADDA96 input signal might occasionally shift by one sample when changing the wordclock settings. 
- Fixed a problem which occurred when using a MY16-AE or MY16-TD card, in which the data transfer format was returned to the default value (Double Channel mode) when the workclock settings were changed, even if the mode was properly changed from Double Channel to a different mode in the DIO|FORMAT page.

Installation steps:

1. Start the computer and check to see if the following steps are complete.
- Installing the Yamaha USB-MIDI Driver in the computer
- Connecting the computer and the console using a USB cable
- Backing up the data in the user memories in the console
2. While pressing and holding down the [CLEAR] button in the monitor section on the DM1000, turn on the power to the console. Continue holding down the [CLEAR] button until “FLASH UPDATE” appears on the display.
3. Double-click “DMUpgrade.exe” (or “DM1K_patchE” for Mac OS). The installer window opens.
4. Click [Next]. I/O port setting window opens.
5. Make sure that “YAMAHA USB IN 0-1” is selected for the Input port and that “YAMAHA USB OUT 0-1” is selected for the output port, then click [Next]. A window indicating the installation progress opens, and the firmware is installed. The installation process takes a few minutes. If you are using Mac OS 9, select “DM1000-1” for the Input port, and “DM1000-1” for the output port. Note that the port names vary with the OMS setup files.
6. When the installation is complete, the following window opens and the DM1000 reboots itself in normal mode.
