Instructions:
- Connect the ICE-16(D) and switch it on.
- Launch the ICE16 Upgrade Tool - two versions are given for 32 bit and 64 bit distributions of Windows.
- Click 'Update' in the Upgrade window and 'Yes' when prompted.
- The update process might take several minutes. Do not switch off the device during this process.
- Click OK when prompted.
- Restart the device.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
