Fixes:
- New USB modem support: generic Huawei E372, Huawei E353, Huawei K4605, Sierra AC310U, Sierra C888, Novatel MC998D, ZTE MF683.
- Manually set DNS.
- Change minimun wifi connection from 16 to 32.
- When there is only 2G signal, and the signal strength is less than -90 dbm, don’t do connect. If at this time the user tries to access web, hijack the page to indicate weak 2G signal.
