Fixes:
- The Product Registration feature is supported. It will guide user to register Netgear switch when user login the switch through GUI first time.
- FSM726v3 crashed when get mib 1.3.6.1.4.14526.10.43.1.8.1.4 in mib browser
- HTTP authentiation through radius method fails.
- Increase FSM726v3 802.1x MAC-based clients from 16 to 64
- Admin and user Guest cannot be deleted, they are still back after a reboot
- STP configuration error behavior in "Forward BPDU while STP Disable" on GUI
- FSM726v3 is not detecting remote loop.
- FSM726v3 chops the radius user name as first 31 characters.
- unable to add multiple VLAN to a MST instane through GUI
