Fixes:
1. Fix Missing "U" in SMBIOS type 1
2. Fix Administrator and User password will be gone after BIOS flashed.
3. Setup item "XHCI Pre-Boot mode" has no function when "disabled" is selected.
4. Update KBC BIOS to WDASA27.BIN
5. Disable USB power in DeepS3 when USB charge not support.
