Fixes:
1. Fix boot from S4 still can enter in BIOS setup menu when fastboot enable
2. Fix when “External ports” is lock, plug a USB floppy device will show exclamation after resume from DeepS3
3. Fix SecureBoot will disable when BIOS is updated by Ezflash or WinFlash
