Fixes:
1. Show CnQ support when CPU Multiplier/Voltage Control Enable.
2. Show setup item "Enhance Halt State" for Rev.C3 CPU.
3. Add Setup item "CPU Active Core Control".
4. Setup item "Suspend to RAM" default set to "Auto".
