NVIDIA has provided users with a new GeForce Game Ready driver, namely version 457.09, which provides support for the latest Watch Dogs: Legion title, as well as for the DiRT 5, Ghostrunner, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and Xuan-Yuan Sword VII games.

In addition to that, this update also adds compatibility for the new GeForce RTX 3070 GPU, renames “Max Q Dynamic Boost” setting to “Dynamic Boost,” and resolves For Honor crashes seen on GeForce RTX 30 configurations.

Moreover, version 457.09 removes random flickering encountered in multi-monitor configurations including a Dell S2417DG or S2716DG monitor, fixes Forza Motorsport 7 crashes when starting a race, and implements other changes as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

When it comes to compatibility, this update is suitable for configurations running a 64-bit variant of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 operating system, and is compatible with both desktop and notebook configurations. Also, Windows 10 platforms receive 2 files: one DCH and one Standard executable.

Therefore, save and run the appropriate package for your computer, wait for all files required to be made available, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete upgrade. Once completed, make sure to manually perform a reboot if not requested automatically.

With this in mind, if you consider applying this release, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 457.09, install it and enjoy the current changes and improvements. Also, check back with us to stay “updated one minute ago.”
