NVIDIA has rolled out a new GeForce graphics driver compatible with several of its GPU models, namely version 441.20, which is the Game Ready release for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and provides optimal support for the new VR title Stormland.

In addition to that, this update implements support for CUDA 10.2 and new G-SYNC Compatible displays (adds Acer XB273U/XV273U and ASUS VG259Q monitors), and resolves G-SYNC issues and geometry corruptions in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Moreover, NVIDIA manages to fix The Surge 2’s VULKAN_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST error (when using driver 440.97), corrects HDR black levels on LG OLED55C9 TVs, resolves CS: GO performance drops in certain CPU-limited cases, and includes other changes as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

In terms of compatibility, the producer has provided several downloadable packages targeted at the 64-bit variant of Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 operating systems, both desktop or notebook configurations.

With this in mind, if you intend to apply this package, save the proper one for your device, run it, wait as the wizard extracts all files required for the installation, and follow all instructions displayed for a complete upgrade.

Last but not least, once completed, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task is not requested automatically by the wizard, make sure to carry it out manually to avoid any unwanted problems.
