The new update improves the system performance quality

Sony has just made available its 3.65 firmware update package developed for its PlayStation TV and PlayStation Vita systems, which includes the familiar quality improvements of the system performance.

If you consider applying this update on your device, you can do so via three methods: using any wireless network available, connecting the device to a computer or PlayStation 3 system, or through a compatible memory card on which you have priorly copied the new firmware.

To be clearer, when using a Wi-Fi network, you must go to Settings → Start → System Update → Update Using Wi-Fi, and the console will do the rest. It will automatically search for a new firmware, and when found, it will guide you through the installation steps.

When a wireless connection isn’t available, you can use the one already present on a computer or PS3 system. The path is quite the same, namely Settings → Start → System Update → Update by Connecting to a PS3 System (or Update by Connecting to a PC).

As for the last-mentioned update method, you must save the downloadable .PUP file onto an empty memory card, insert it into your console while it’s turned off, power it on, and the device will automatically recognize and apply the new software version.

That being told, download Sony PlayStation Vita / PlayStation TV Firmware 3.65, carefully apply it on your console, and constantly check our website to stay “updated one minute ago.”
