Rivet Networks has made available a new version of its Killer Network Suite, namely 1.1.57.1677, which fixes certain problems with IPv6 bandwidth and gateway, and resolves the issue where Killer Service could encounter a memory leak.

In addition to that, the new update’s size is reduced by as much as 20 MB, and installs newer Ethernet driver versions for Windows 8.1 and 10 to resolve multiple crash events encountered in rare circumstances.

Moreover, a new WiFi build is applied to address Wireless Disconnect issue in some Skylake-based platforms, Doubleshot Pro option won’t become inactive while the Network Manager will be displayed properly without any white pages.

As for the compatible devices, this version is also compatible with the producer’s Killer Wireless-AC 1525 and 1535, Wireless-N 1102, 1103, and 1202 components, as well as the Killer E2200 and E2400 Ethernet adapters.

When it comes to installation, save and run the downloadable package, make sure your configuration is supported (compatible only with Windows 7, 8.1, and 10), and follow all instructions displayed on-screen for a complete and successful installation.

Last but not least, once finished, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task isn’t requested automatically by the wizard, however, make sure to carry it out manually so that you avoid any unwanted corruptions.
