Realtek has just announced the availability of its new 10.002.0807.2015 USB LAN driver targeted at the RTL8153 USB 3.0 Gigabit and RTL8152B(N) USB 2.0 Fast Ethernet controllers, which provides support for both 32- and 64-bit variants of Microsoft’s Windows 10 operating system.

Therefore, if you have already upgraded to the latest Windows platform and still want to make use of these USB network adapters, simply save and unzip the downloadable archive, and navigate to the available setup file.

When you find it, run it, wait for the wizard to start, and follow all instructions displayed on screen for a complete and successful upgrade.

Once this new version has been applied, it would be best to perform a manual system reboot to make sure all changes take effect properly. However, if the installer requests this task, allow it to perform the restart automatically.

Still, bear in mind that trying to apply the package on other OSes isn’t recommended, even though the installation might seem to work. For this, you can save and install the latest version for a specific platform: download Realtek RTL8152B Drivers or download Realtek RTL8153 Drivers.

That being said, from the links below, follow the one that best describes your USB network device, and apply it on your controller. Also, check our website as often as possible in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”
