NVIDIA has announced the availability of a new STUDIO graphics driver, namely version 511.65, which ensures optimal support for creative apps such as Maxon’s Redshift renderer, as well as for GeForce RTX 3080 TI and RTX 3070 TI STUDIO laptops.

In addition to that, NVIDIA’s current build includes support for OpenCL Vulkan Interop, adds an OpenCL Compiler upgrade, implements various security updates, and offers compatibility with NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3080 12GB GPU.

Moreover, the present version adds Dead by Daylight- EGS Version application profile, fixes geometric corruptions (seen in Far Cry 6) and freeze events (encountered in Forza Horizon), and implements other changes listed in the Release Notes below.

When it comes to compatibility, version 511.65 is suitable for both desktop and notebook configurations that are powered by Microsoft’s Windows 10 and 11 platforms (only for 64-bit architectures).

Therefore, if you intend to apply this package, save the proper one for your device, run it, wait as the wizard extracts all files required for the installation, and follow all instructions displayed for a complete upgrade.

Last but not least, once finished, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task isn’t requested automatically by the wizard, make sure to carry it out manually to avoid any unwanted problems.
