NVIDIA has announced the availability of a new version of its RTX/Quadro graphics driver, namely build 511.65 (510 U2), which adds support for CUDA 11.6, resolves performance issues when using glBitmap, and implements various security updates.

In addition to that, version 511.65 includes support for OpenCL Vulkan Interop that helps coordinate the use of shared memory, adds an OpenCL Compiler Upgrade providing compatibility with 16-bit floating point and 128-bit integer data types, and include other changes highlighted in the Release Notes below.

In terms of compatibility, the available files are suitable for the 64-bit variant of Microsoft’s Windows 10 and 11 operating systems (both desktop and notebooks), as well as for the Windows Server 2016, Server 2019, and Server 2022 platforms (only for desktops).

Therefore, if you want to upgrade, save the appropriate file for your computer’s operating system, run it, wait for all data required for the installation to be extracted, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete and successful upgrade.

Once finished, make sure to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task isn’t requested automatically by the wizard, it would be a good idea to carry it out manually so that all problems are avoided.

That said, download NVIDIA RTX/Quadro Graphics Driver 511.65, apply it on your device, and constantly check our website to stay “updated one minute ago.”
