A few moments ago, NVIDIA announced the availability of a new GeForce graphics update, namely version 397.64, which is the Game Ready driver optimized for the official release of Destiny 2: Warmind, Conan Exiles, and Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire games.

Besides this, the current release also resolves the black screen seen in Starcraft 2 when exiting the game, removes the Netflix playback stuttering, and fixes the issue where no display output is available when connecting the DisplayPort and two DVI monitors.

In addition to that, the producer makes sure Grand Theft Auto V god rays won’t become less intense after forcing MSAA, removes the Code 43 error reported by WDM (Windows Device Manager), and include other changes as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

When it comes to compatibility, NVIDIA has provided several files suitable for the 64-bit variants of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 platforms, for both desktop or notebook configurations.

Therefore, save and run the package specially designed for your computer and operating system, wait for all files required to be made available, and follow all instructions displayed for a complete upgrade.

Last but not least, once the upgrade has finished, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task is not requested automatically by the wizard, however, make sure to carry it out manually so that no problems appear.

That said, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 397.64, apply it on your device, and enjoy your newly-improved system. Also, check back with us as often as possible to stay up to speed with the latest releases.
