Today, NVIDIA has announced the availability of a new version of its GeForce and Quadro graphics drivers, namely version 382.05 (22.21.13.8205), which manages to improve the GPU’s overall stability and provide the optimal gaming experience for certain titles.

Specifically speaking, the GeForce release is the Game Ready driver for Prey, Battlezone, and Gears of War 4 games rendered on Multi-GPU systems, and it resolves texture corruption in No Man’s Sky and fixes the blue-screen crashes encountered with World Of Tanks on GeForce GTX 670 configurations.

In addition to that, this update removes bugs that caused system hangs upon boot-up, prevented extended displays from entering sleep mode, hid NVIDIA Control Panel and NVIDIA system tray icon, or led to BSOD crashes while playing Gears of War.

When it comes to the Quadro package, these files remove the yellow bang in Windows Device Manager, fix NVIDIA Control Panel crashes after exporting a monitor EDID, and add several improvements as highlighted on the description page.

As for compatibility, NVIDIA has provided several downloadable drivers targeted at both desktop and notebook configurations running under one of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 operating systems (either 32- or 64-bit architectures).

Therefore, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 382.05 or download NVIDIA Quadro Graphics Driver 382.05 depending on your system configuration, run the package, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete upgrade.

Last but not least, once finished, it would be a good idea to perform a reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. Also, don’t forget to visit our website constantly to stay “updated one minute ago.”
