NVIDIA has pushed out a new GeForce graphics update targeted at several of its GPU models, namely the 419.67 Creator Ready driver, which improves performance in popular creative applications compared to previous versions and fixes several problems.

Specifically speaking, the current release provides an optimal experience when using Autodesk Arnold, Unreal Engine 4.22, REDCINE-X PRO, Adobe Lightroom, and Substance Designer by Adobe, fixes DaVinci Resolve performance drop, and resolves Star Citizen flickering and crashing events on Turing GPUs.

In addition to that, the update adds support for Surround using GSYNC-Compatible displays (for Turing GPUs), and removes bugs that affected Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Total War: Warhammer 2, Resolume Arena 6, Apex Legends, and Far Cry: New Dawn (DirectX 11) performance or caused other problems.

Moreover, NVIDIA’s team also managed to fix Adobe artifacts, Shadowplay recording issues, Titan RTX heating problems (when running NVLINK command), and GeForce RTX 2070 monitor flickering, as well as add other changes as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

Regarding compatibility, besides a supported GPU, your configuration must be running a 64-bit variant of Microsoft’s Windows 10 operating systems. Also, know that there are two available packages: one standard and one DCH driver.

As for installation, remove any previous version present on your computer, save and run the appropriate package for your system, wait for all files required to be made available, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete upgrade.

With this in mind, download NVIDIA Creator Ready Driver 419.67 for Windows 10 64-bit, install it and perform a reboot once finished. Also, check back with us to stay “updated one minute ago.”
