NVIDIA has announced the availability of a new version of its GeForce graphics driver, namely build 445.75 WHQL, which is the Game Ready driver for the Half-Life: Alyx title that provides the latest performance optimizations, profiles, and bug fixes.

In addition to that, the current release also ensures optimal support for games such as Resident Evil 3, Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s Ghost Experience update, and the addition of NVIDIA DLSS 2.0 to Control and MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries.

Moreover, version 445.75 resolves the black screen seen in Red Dead Redemption 2 when switching windows with [Alt+Tab], and adds/updates SLI profiles for all supported GPUs (NVIDIA Turing GPUs receive several more profiles) as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

In terms of compatibility, the available files are suitable for the 64-bit variants of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 operating systems (both desktop and notebooks). Also, Windows 10 users must choose from two packages: DCH or Standard file (as shown in NVIDIA Control Panel > System Information > Driver Type).

Therefore, if you want to upgrade, save the appropriate file for your computer’s operating system, run it, wait for all data required for the installation to be extracted, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete and successful upgrade.

Once finished, make sure to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task isn’t requested automatically by the wizard, it would be a good idea to carry it out manually so that any possible problems are avoided.

That said, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 445.75, apply it on your device, and constantly check our website to stay “updated one minute ago.”
