To be clear about the compatible tablets, the producer has provided several downloadable packages developed for its Surface 3 AT&T 4G LTE, Surface 3 Verizon 4G LTE, and Surface 3 4G LTE Non-AT&T models, for both Windows 8.1 and 10 operating systems.
