Intel has announced the availability of its new Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack, namely version 25.6, which adds support for Microsoft Azure Stack HCI, as well as for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.3 (drivers no longer tested on RHEL 8.2).

In addition to that, the present update includes support for new I219-V and I219-LM Ethernet Connections, as well as for additional E810 Network Adapters, and resolves specific Ethernet 800 Series problems as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

When it comes to compatible platforms, Intel has not yet provided separate, smaller packages for every OS. The available pack (~660mb), however, includes installation files for all adapters and their respective platform.

However, bear in mind that not all devices are compatible with every Windows, Linux, or FreeBSD platform, therefore check the description page of each download to ensure that your Intel unit is supported.

Therefore, if you want to upgrade, save and run the available setup, follow all on-screen instructions for a complete upgrade, and don’t forget to perform a reboot upon completion to allow all changes to take effect properly.

With this in mind, download Intel Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack 25.6, take into account all aspects mentioned above, select the files you need, apply them, and constantly check our website to stay “updated one minute ago.”
