Intel has rolled out a new Iris and HD graphics package compatible with the 64-bit variant of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 operating systems, namely version 21.20.16.4542, which includes support for the producer’s latest 7th Generation Core Processors.

With this new update, Intel will try to implement its “All Day 4K” concept, meaning that it will make 4K UHD mainstream and, at the same time, ensure a 9 and a half hour battery life.

Version 21.20.16.4542 also improves performance for games like DOTA 2 and CounterStrike: GO, supports HD! Enjoy smooth gameplay for Overwatch, and enhances the gaming experience for several other titles.

Specifically speaking, Intel’s current release will ensure no problems are encountered with Dying Light, Battlefield Hardline, FIFA 16, Grand Theft Auto V, Heroes of the Storm, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Star Wars: Battlefront, Starcraft 2: Legacy of the Void, World of Warcraft, and a few other games.

In terms of installation, first make sure your computer configuration is supported by this release, save and extract the downloadable archive, locate and run the available setup file, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen.

Once finished, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect. If this isn’t requested automatically, you must manually restart the computer.

That said, download Intel Iris/HD Graphics Driver 21.20.16.4542, apply it, and check back with us as often as possible to stay “updated one minute ago.”
