Intel has just made available a new version of its Ethernet Connections CD, namely 20.3, which includes support for the producer’s X710 and X557-AT 10GBASE-T Ethernet controllers, and adds FCoE and DCB functionalities in Microsoft Windows PowerShell.

In addition to that, this newly released package also allows customers to make use of Data Center Bridging (DCB) on Intel’s X710 (under Windows and Linux) and XL710 (only under Linux) Converged adapters.

When it comes to the downloadable archive, the package includes all Ethernet network drivers and software compatible with most of Microsoft’s Windows and Server operating systems, as well as with currently supported Linux and FreeBSD platforms.

Still, take into account that not all products listed in the Release Notes below are valid under every version of the compatible operating systems, as they are not supported in certain OSes.

Moreover, until Intel provides the separate packages for each platform, bear in mind that the present archive is recommended for users who need all drivers for all platforms in a single file. Also, you might want to use a download manager, as the file size is large (over 350mb).

That being said, download Intel Ethernet Connections CD 20.3, install it, make sure to reboot your system to allow all changes to take effect, and constantly check our website to be aware when a newer version is available.
