The new firmware updates improve overall system stability

Prestigio has made available two new firmware packages targeted at its Grace S5 LTE and Wize F3 smartphones, namely version 1.0.10 and 1.0.18, respectively, which should improve the device’s overall system stability, as well as fix various minor issues.

Specifically speaking, while the Wize F3 model gets its APNS list updated and the broadcasting issue fixed, Prestigio’s Grace S5 LTE unit now benefits from Estonian localization feature and improved WiFi signal strength, OSD translation, and TP sensitivity.

With this in mind, if you intend to upgrade to one of these releases, first of all, make sure your smartphone isn’t already powered by the latest version, and only afterwards save the downloadable files suitable for your device model.

Now, unzip the archive, copy the “update.zip” file to the root folder of an SD card, insert it into the smartphone (make sure it’s powered off), and press and hold Power and Vol+ buttons until the boot logo appears.

At this point, navigate to “Apply Update from SDcard” using the Vol- / Vol+ buttons, choose the firmware file on the SD card, and select it by pressing “Power.” Afterwards, just wait patiently as the device does its job.

That said, download Prestigio Grace S5 LTE Firmware 1.0.10 or download Prestigio Wize F3 Firmware 1.0.18, carefully apply it, and enjoy these new changes. Also, check back with us as often as possible to stay “updated one minute ago.”
