Microsoft has made available the download link for its November 2015 Cumulative firmware and drivers package targeted at Surface Book laptops, which improves overall video performance through HD graphics versions.

Specifically speaking, this release installs the 20.19.15.4308 HD Graphics 520 driver that fixes some display issues, including a few screen flickering events. Moreover, along with this change, the producer applies the 8.20.0.659 display audio version to ensure compatibility with the updated graphics driver.

In addition to that, Microsoft changes the Surface Embedded Controller Firmware and Surface System Aggregator Firmware versions to 88.855.257.0 and 88.853.258.0, respectively. These two new firmware packages improve both system stability and keyboard/trackpad experience.

Last but not least, since the producer is continuously trying to discover new features and improve its OSes, it has also added a 10.0.302.0 Surface Pen Settings driver to ensure support for future functionality on Windows 10.

When it comes to installation, the present update can be applied either automatically by Microsoft’s Windows Update service or manually by downloading and installing this release.

In other words, through Microsoft’s Windows Update service, the present package will be provided to all customers in stages; thus you might not receive it right now. Still, Microsoft ensures all Surface owners that their devices will get this update at some point.

However, if you are anxious about this release and want it now, then simply save the downloadable archive, and apply it on your Surface tablet.

That said, download Microsoft Surface Book Firmware/Driver November 2015, install it, enjoy the new changes brought by this new release, and check our website as often as possible to stay “updated one minute ago.”
