AMD has announced the availability of a new version of its Radeon Crimson Edition graphics driver, namely the 17.8.2 Non-WHQL build, which adds support for Destiny 2 Beta title and makes sure Eyefinity configurations can be created through the Eyefinity Advanced Setup option.

In addition to that, the current release improves Radeon RX Vega 64 graphics performance when playing F1 2017 (up to 4%) and Playerunknown's Battlegrounds Early Access (up to 18%) games; compared to the previous 17.8.1 AMD Radeon Crimson ReLive update.

Moreover, AMD fixes random corruptions seen in Microsoft desktop productivity apps when using Radeon RX Vega series cards, as well as a few other issues as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

In terms of compatibility, there are four downloadable files suitable for both desktop and notebook configurations running under one of Microsoft’s Windows 7 and 10 OSes, as well as a Minimal Setup Utility targeted at the same platforms.

Therefore, to enjoy the benefits of this release, download AMD Radeon Crimson ReLive Graphics Driver 17.8.2 on your computer, remove any previous version from your computer, run the package, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete update.

Last but not least, once finished, don’t forget to perform a reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this isn’t requested automatically by the wizard, it would be a good idea to carry it out manually.
