AMD has rolled out a new version of its Radeon Crimson ReLive Edition graphics driver, namely 17.1.2, which resolves DirectX 9 API corruptions encountered by smoke or lighting effects in Diablo III.

In addition to that, the present release includes support for Conan Exiles Beta and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands Beta titles, and fixes the intermittent game crashes experienced after playing Watch Dogs 2 for a long time on Radeon RX 300 series configurations.

Moreover, AMD resolves the Paragon flickerings in profile or store preview pages (when using Multi-GPU), the FIFA 17 black screens on launch (when using Hybrid or PowerXpress Graphics), as well as the random runtime app crashes in atidxx64.dll.

If applied, this driver will also correct the Radeon WattMan behavior that leads to flickering or other problems when changing memory clocks on multi-monitor configurations, and improves compatibility between Forza Horizon 3 and Radeon GCN products.

As for compatibility, AMD has provided several files suitable for the 32- and 64-bit architectures of Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 operating systems, one for each combination.

Considering these aspects, if you want to apply this update, save the appropriate package for your configuration, and remove any previous version, run the driver, and follow all instructions displayed on-screen for a successful upgrade.

That said, download AMD Radeon Crimson ReLive Graphics Driver 17.1.2, apply it on your system, and enjoy these new changes. Also, check back with us as often as possible to stay “updated one minute ago.”
