NVIDIA has made available a new GeForce Graphics, namely driver version 388.71, which is the Game Ready driver for the PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS title and fixes the NVIDIA TITAN V TDR error faced when playing a high-res Bluray disc.

Moreover, the producer fixes the YouTube flickering and artifacts spotted when playing full-screen videos or pausing them, respectively, removes the lines that appear while booting into Windows, and corrects the installer to recognize GeForce GTX 1080 mobile GPUs easily.

Regarding supported platforms, this new release is suitable only for notebook configurations powered by one of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 operating systems (either 32- or 64-bit variants).

When it comes to installation, first of all, make sure to save the package designed for your configuration, and close all programs and processes that might interfere with the upgrade. Be advised that NVIDIA’s TITAN V card has a separate driver for Windows 7 64-bit.

Afterward, run the downloaded executable, wait as the wizard extracts all files required for the update, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete and successful installation.

Last but not least, once the upgrade has finished, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task isn’t requested automatically by the wizard, however, make sure to carry it out manually so that no problems appear.

That said, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 388.71, apply it on your device, and enjoy your newly-improved system. Also, check back with us as often as possible to stay up to speed with the latest releases.
