Accuracy of Manual Focus is only improved for X-Series cameras that are used with certain XF and XC lenses

Today, Fujifilm has announced the availability of new firmware updates targeted at several of its X-Series cameras, as well as XF and XC lenses, which improve the accuracy of Manual focus adjustment when these devices are used together.

Specifically speaking, the producer has provided new firmware versions for its X-Pro2 (1.02), X-T10 (1.21), X-T1 and X-T1 Graphite Silver Edition (4.31), X-Pro1 (3.61), X-E2S (1.02), X-E2 (4.01), and X-E1 (2.61) cameras models.

When it comes to lenses, Fujifilm has rolled out firmware 3.20, 1.21, 1.20, and 1.11 for the XF18-55mmF2.8-4 R LM OIS, XF50-140mmF2.8 R LM OIS WR, XF55-200mmF3.5-4.8 R LM OIS, and XF100-400mmF4.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR, respectively.

In addition to that, XC50-230mmF4.5-6.7 OIS II, XC16-50mmF3.5-5.6 OIS II, XF16-55mmF2.8 R LM WR, XF18-135mmF3.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR, and XF10-24mmF4 R OIS lenses receive a 1.10 update while XF90mmF2 R LM WR and XF35mmF2 R WR get a 1.11 version.
