NVIDIA has made available a new GeForce Graphics package, namely version 456.38, which provides support for Fortnite RTX’s update that implements ray-traced effects, NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex, and a custom RTX map.

In addition to that, NVIDIA’s build adds compatibility for the latest GeForce RTX 3080 and 3090 GPUs, CUDA 11.1, five additional G-SYNC compatible monitors, as well as for the fresh NVIDIA Broadcast app with AI-powered noise removal and virtual background.

Besides these changes, the 456.38 update resolves various issues encountered in games such as Batman Arkham Knight, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Detroit: Become Human, Forza Horizon 4, Minecraft Java Edition, World of Warcraft, and other games.

When it comes to operating systems, the current update is suitable for both desktop and notebook configurations running under one of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 platforms (only for 64-bit architectures). Also, there are two files for Windows 10 OSes as well: one DCH and one Standard package.

Regarding installation, first ensure this release supports your GPU model, save the appropriate package compatible with your operating system, run it, and wait for the wizard to extract all files required for the upgrade.

Afterward, follow all on-screen instructions for a complete and successful installation; also, it would be a good idea to perform a system reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. Do not try installing these packages on OSes other than the ones mentioned above as this can lead to various malfunctions.

That said, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 456.38, apply it on your computer, and always check our website to be aware when a newer version is available for download.
