MSI has rolled out all the drivers for its GL62 notebook model compatible with the 64-bit version of Microsoft’s Windows 7 and 10 operating systems, which should provide improved performance and usability.

When it comes to the producers that have developed these files, Intel takes care of the chipset packages for the Management Engine (ME), Chipset, RST (Rapid Storage Technology), and USB 3.0.

In addition to that, Realtek ensures the well-functioning of the Card Reader and HD audio components, while Synaptics enables the notebook’s touchpad and implements several touch-related features.

Last but not least, Qualcomm ensures the Ethernet connections through the related drivers, Intel takes care of the Wireless LAN and Bluetooth capabilities, while NVIDIA, along with Intel, fully enables the notebook's graphics chipsets (dedicated and embedded, respectively).

As far as installation goes, to properly apply these drivers, just save and extract the files, run the available setups one at a time, and follow all instructions displayed on-screen for a complete upgrade.

However, bear in mind that installing the drivers on other operating systems might result in malfunctions. Also, once finished, make sure to manually perform a system reboot (if not requested automatically) to ensure that all changes take effect.

That said, if you own this device, download MSI GL62 Drivers, apply them to the unit, don’t forget to perform a reboot, and constantly check our website to stay up to speed with the latest releases.
