The update fixes texture corruption seen in The Division

AMD has made available a new version of its Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition Driver, namely 17.3.2, which adds an AMD Optimized Tessellation Profile and improves performance up to 12% for Radeon RX 480 8GB video cards (compared to AMD Radeon Crimson 17.3.1 release).

In addition to that, the current update also resolves the texture corruptions seen in The Division on some surfaces when using DirectX 12 API, as well as the For Honor flickering and black screens observed in menus or other situations.

However, bear in mind that the 17.3.2 release still encounters some issues with Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands, Battlefield 1, Sniper Elite 4, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, World of Warcraft, and other games.

When it comes to compatibility, AMD has provided several downloadable packages targeted at Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 operating systems. Still, don’t forget that the 32-bit variant of Windows 8.1 isn’t supported anymore.

Therefore, remove any previous version present on your computer, save and run the appropriate package for your system, wait for all files required to be made available, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete upgrade.

With this in mind, if you consider applying this release, download AMD Radeon Crimson Graphics Driver 17.3.2, install it and perform a reboot once finished. Also, check back with us to stay “updated one minute ago.”
