The new versions fix speed issue with Netgear AirCard 810S

Dovado has announced the availability of two new firmware packages developed for all its routers, namely version 7.3.16 compatible with the Tiny, Go, and Dome models, as well as the 8.4.5 update suitable for its Tiny AC, Pro, and Pro AC devices.

In terms of changes, the present update includes support for Huawei’s E3370 4G USB Modem and resolves the Netgear AirCard 810S speed issues encountered by the compatible routers. However, the Pro AC unit experiences these problems only when using 3 band carrier aggregation.

Now, if you have been affected by this issue and want to get rid of it, check the device’s currently installed firmware to make sure it isn’t either newer or matching the present release, and if all is OK, download the appropriate package for your router.

Afterwards, save and unzip the downloaded archive, log into the device’s web interface, go to Upgrade → HTTP Upgrade, and click the “Browse” button. Now, simply navigate and select the newly extracted firmware file, and choose “Start HTTP Upgrade.”

At this point, the bin file is transferred to the router, and when the upload is complete, the installation process is initiated. However, bear in mind that you should not interrupt the upgrade in any way as this can cause serious device malfunctions.

That said, download Dovado Router Firmware 8.4.5 or download Dovado Router Firmware 7.3.16, apply it on your device, and constantly check our website in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”
