Dovado has rolled out two new firmware versions targeted at its wireless routers, namely build 7.3.11 for the Doma, Go, and Tiny models, as well as firmware 8.2.3 targeted at the Pro and Tiny AC devices.

In terms of changes, while Dovado’s 7.3.11 firmware only solves an SMS issue spotted on D-Link DWM-156 and DWM-157 products, the 8.2.3 release also fixes some problems with Connection Tracker when using Redial and Restart.

Moreover, the producer has also managed to add Vodafone R209-Z and R216 compatibility to its Pro and Tiny AC wireless router.

Therefore, if you intend to make use of these changes, first of all, make sure that your router isn’t currently running the latest firmware, and only afterwards save and unzip the appropriate package for your device model.

Now, log into your router’s web interface (username and password must be required), go to Upgrade > HTTP Upgrade, locate and select the newly unzipped .bin file, hit “Start HTTP Upgrade” option, and allow the device to do its job (firmware should be applied in about 3 minutes).

With this in mind, either download Dovado Router Firmware 7.3.11 or download Dovado Router Firmware 8.2.3, depending on which device you want to upgrade, follow all instructions described above, and enjoy your newly improved wireless unit.
