AMD has announced the availability of a new version for the Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition Graphics driver, namely the 19.10.1 Optional (19.30.25.10), which adds support for AMD Radeon RX 5500 (desktop) and Radeon RX 5500M (mobile) graphics products.

Besides this, the current update also adds support for the 2019 GRID title, fixes crashes, hangs, and lighting corruption seen in Borderlands 3 when running DirectX12 API, and resolves artifacts experienced on Radeon RX 5700 series graphics system configurations.

However, AMD’s new driver might still encounter a few issues with Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Radeon ReLive, Radeon Settings, Radeon FreeSync, and other problems as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

Regarding compatibility, the producer has provided two executables suitable for 64-bit architectures of Windows 7 and 10 platforms, as well as an “Auto-Detect and Install” utility that helps users install the correct package.

Therefore, remove any previous version present on your computer, save and run the appropriate package for your system, wait for all files required to be made available, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete upgrade.

With this in mind, if you consider applying this release, download AMD Radeon Adrenalin Edition Graphics Driver 19.10.1 Optional, install it and perform a reboot once finished. Also, check back with us to stay “updated one minute ago.”
