As of now, AMD gamers can download a new Radeon Adrenalin Edition Graphics package targeted at several GPU models, namely version 19.1.1, which improves the gaming experience for Fortnite (Season 7) and numerous fixes.

According to AMD, the current release resolves screen tearing seen with Enhanced Sync enabled on Vulkan API games, removes mouse lag encountered with systems running multiple displays, and make sure VSR (Virtual Super Resolution) is available on all 1440p Ultra-Wide Displays.

Moreover, the 19.1.1 build fixes several problems experienced by Radeon Settings, Radeon WattMan, Radeon ReLive, and some Radeon RX Series graphics products, as well as adds other useful changes as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

However, know that this update might still have problems with Battlefield V characters, Pixel Format settings, HDMI Underscan, Radeon Overlay, Scene Editor feature, and custom settings in Radeon WattMan.

Regarding compatibility, there are two downloadable drivers suitable for both desktops and notebooks running under one of Microsoft’s Windows 7 and 10 OSes, as well as am “Auto-Detect and Install” utility that will apply the necessary files.

Therefore, to enjoy the benefits of this release, download AMD Radeon Adrenalin Edition Graphics Driver 19.1.1 on your computer, remove any previous version from your computer, run the package, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete update.

Finally, once finished, don’t forget to perform a reboot to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this is not requested automatically by the wizard, it would be a good idea to carry it out manually.
