AMD has announced the availability of a new version of its Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition Graphics driver, namely the 21.4.1 package (21.10.02 for Windows 10 and 21.09.02 for Windows 7), which implements several changes.

Specifically speaking, this April 2021 update includes 4k/144fps streaming support, redesigns streaming technology for better visuals and lower latency, adds Vivid Gaming Display Color Enhancement profile, and introduces CPU metrics and monitoring.

Moreover, the current release implements several other changes and improvements for AMD Link, Radeon Software, Record & Stream, Performance Tuning, and AMD Crash Defender as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

However, the 21.4.1 build might still encounter issues with Cyberpunk 2077 and Disco Elysium games, as well as small problems with configurations that include at least one Radeon RX 6000 or Radeon RX Vega series graphics product.

Regarding compatibility, there are two downloadable files suitable for both desktop and notebook configurations running under one of Microsoft’s Windows 7 and 10 OSes (only 64-bit architectures), as well as a Minimal Setup Utility targeted at the same platforms.

Therefore, remove any previous version present on your computer, save and run the appropriate package for your system, wait for all files required to be made available, and follow all instructions displayed on the screen for a complete upgrade.

With this in mind, if you consider applying this release, download AMD Radeon Adrenalin Edition Graphics Driver 21.4.1, install it and perform a reboot once finished. Also, check back with us to stay “updated one minute ago.”
