Today's nicest device for which we're listing BIOS for download is the Asus U40SD notebook (drivers available). If you're looking for a nice compact notebook packing power and sleek looks, then the U40SD is definitely worth checking out.

Users can equip their U40SD with standard voltage Intel Core i3 or i5 CPUs and can install up to 8 GB DDR3 for blazing performance and computing power. The 14" 16:9 HD (1366 x 768) display is fed by the dedicated discrete Nvidia GT 520M 1 GB graphics card, when using the notebooks for HD video or gaming, or by the CPU-integrated Intel GMA chip.

Storage varies between 320 GB and 750 GB, while the optical disk drive can be either a super-multi DVD or a Blu-ray unit. No USB 3.0 ports are present, but users get HDMI, VGA out, bluetooth and WLAN/ LAN connectivity. Both 6-cell and 8-cell batteries are available.

And now, for today's BIOS:

VIA EPIA-M900 Bios 1.04 Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1 (rev. 2.0) Bios F4 Asus U40SD Notebook Bios 203 SuperMicro X8DTG-QF+ BIOS R 2.0b SuperMicro X8DTG-QF BIOS R 2.0c SuperMicro C7P67 BIOS R 1.1 Acer Extensa 4420 Notebook BIOS 1.18 Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E30 BIOS 1.24/1.19 for XP/Windows 7

As both hardware and software evolve, old BIOSes might become unstable or simply prevent you from using your computer to its full potential.

Therefore, it is highly recommended to always use the most recent BIOS version available. Do not forget to check with our site as often as possible in order to stay updated on the latest BIOS files.
