Plenty of BIOS for Asrock H61 boards, a 12"Asus netbook and more

Slow as it may seem, we're witnessing the release of more and more netbooks from Asus loaded with AMD processors. Not that it would be something out of the ordinary, but it's just that we aren't yet accustomed to that.

Today's highlight is the Asus Eee PC 1215T, a nice-looking 12"netbook powered by a 1.7 GHz CPU codenamed Athlon II K125 Neo, a single-core unit, working in tandem with an AMD HS4250 embedded graphics chip.

Users get max 2 GB DDR3, which is kind of a low spec, but for the Windows Home Premium OS, this might suffice. WLAN, HDMI, LAN and VGA out connectors are present, with no USB 3.0 or other new data transfer technology, whatsoever. The 6-cell battery which comes as a stock feature is nice, though, and should provide at least a decent operation time.

Here's the BIOS: Asus Eee PC 1215T Netbook Bios 0403 Asrock H61M-VS Bios 2.20 Asrock H61M-PS Bios 1.50 Asrock H61M-HVS Bios 2.00 Asrock H61M-HVGS Bios 1.80 Asrock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional-M Bios 1.10 Acer Extensa 4630ZG Notebook BIOS 2.11 HP G3100 CTO Notebook BIOS F.24 A for XP/Vista x32

As both hardware and software evolve, old BIOSes might become unstable or simply prevent you from using your computer to its full potential.

Therefore, it is highly recommended to always use the most recent BIOS version available. Do not forget to check with our site as often as possible in order to stay updated on the latest BIOS files.
