After making available the Realtek LAN Driver 8.031 as well as several other updates, the producer has just released a new network package, namely version 8.032. This release is developed for its PCIe Fast Ethernet controllers, as well as for both PCI and PCIe Gigabit Ethernet family NICs.

Unlike the previous version, besides the Windows 8 and 8.1 operating systems (both 32- and 64-bit variants), this fresh update is also suitable for Microsoft’s Windows Server 2012 platform.

Since the current release consists of an auto installation program, if you intend to apply this update, simply confirm that you system’s OS is compatible with this version, get and expand the downloadable archive, run the available setup, and follow the instructions displayed on-screen for a complete and successful installation.

Upon completion, the installer should ask for your permission to perform a system reboot – this ensures that all the changes take effect properly. Still, if a restart isn’t requested after the update, please perform one manually.

Bear in mind that other operating systems might also be compatible with this release; however, we recommend that you apply the driver only on the above-specified platforms to avoid any unwanted problems.

That being said, download Realtek LAN Driver 8.032, take into account all aforementioned aspects, and apply the latest network driver on your system.
