Pioneer has just outed a new firmware package targeted at its DDJ-SR controller, namely version 1.05, and the new 1.210 driver version that adds Windows 8.1 support for several of its CDJ devices.

Specifically speaking, this latest driver package can be installed on the CDJ-350, 350-S, 350-W, 400, and 400-K DJ players, as well as on the CDJ-850, 850-K, 850-W, 900, and 900NXS controllers.

In addition to that, the CDJ-2000, 2000-W, 2000 NEXUS, and 2000 NEXUS Platinum Edition DJ decks are also compatible with the latest 1.210 driver, therefore receiving Windows 8.1 support.

As for the DDJ-SR’s firmware, the 1.05 version improves the player’s Trans Pad and Combo FX functions, enhances the accuracy and function of tempo mode in Pad Plus, and raises the Filter and EQ controls precision.

That being said, if these releases satisfy one of your needs, then download Firmware 1.05 for Pioneer DDJ-SR Controller for an improved player, or download Driver 1.210 for Pioneer CDJ Mixers if you need Microsoft Windows 8.1 support.
