Phase One has just released a new firmware package targeted at its 645DF+ digital camera, namely version 2.27, which is a highly recommended update that should improve the device’s overall system stability.

Specifically speaking, as the producer highlights, this fresh update fixes the irrelevant “Err DB,” “Cap DB,” and “No DB” error messages that were occasionally encountered and improves the camera’s overall system stability.

In addition to that, a 645DF+ camera updated to this latest version used along with one of the producer’s IQ140, IQ160, IQ180, IQ260, IQ260 Achromatic, or IQ280 units upgraded to the Phase One IQ Digital Back Firmware 5.11.36 version will also benefit from increased stability.

As for applying this release, the 645DF+ camera can be upgraded to version 2.27 through the producer’s firmware update utility version 3.2.3.1 that is available for both Mac and Windows operating systems.

Simply get the proper package for your computer’s OS, install and run the Phase One camera updater, and connect the 645DF+ unit through a USB cable. Now click on the “Refresh” button so that the utility can search for the latest firmware and follow the on-screen instructions for a complete installation.

That being said, from the links below, click on the one that best describes your system’s platform, hit the download button to get the desired package, install it, and update your Phase One 645+DF camera.
