After the recent release of the GeForce graphics driver 331.82, NVIDIA launched the workstation graphics adapters version. Targeted products are Quadro, NVS, Tesla and Grid, for desktop cards, and just the Quadro and NVS notebook GPUs.

NVIDIA debuts its changelog with a strange affirmation: “First ODE driver to support Windows 8.1.” It's strange because this is how the NVIDIA Graphics Driver 331.65 changelog started.

With this version, CUDA 6.0 is added, as well as a unique profile for ESI.

The Maya application crashing when the NVIDIA driver intercepts memory allocation calls on Windows (for systems using a Quadro 4000 graphics card) issue has been fixed and some of the workstation features got additions and improvements.

NVIDIA Control Panel got tweaked as well. Controls have been added to improve productivity by providing a way to force an EDID on multiple connectors at a time, instead of one at a time.
